Refund Policy

At 360 Digital Bay™, we are committed to delivering outstanding website design and development services to our clients. However, we understand that there may be situations where a refund is necessary. Please take note of our Refund Policy outlined below:

Refund Eligibility Criteria

We offer refunds only under the following conditions:

  • Same Day Refund:

After placing your order, a Project Brief Form is sent out. If you decide to cancel before submitting the Brief Form, you are eligible for a Full Refund, deducting a 10% service and processing fee.

  • Request within 48 Hours:

Should you request a refund within 48 hours of placing your order, you are eligible for a 66% Refund after deducting a 10% service and processing fee.

  • Valid Reason Required:

In order to complete the refund request, Client must also provide a valid reason for their Refund.

The Refund Policy Will Become Invalid if:

  1. If more than 48 hours have passed since the order was placed.
  2. After the primary design concept for the service has been approved.
  3. Cancellations of orders prior to project initiation for reasons unrelated to the design service will be subject to a 50% cancellation administrative fee.
  4. Reasons such as a ‘change of mind,’ ‘disagreement with a partner,’ or other reasons not related to the service will not be eligible for a refund under any circumstances.
  5. Refunds will not be issued if the cancellation is made due to reasons unrelated to the project, such as the business closing or changing its name or nature of operations.
  6. The client may be entitled to claim 50% of the refund after discussion with their Project Manager.
  7. No refunds will be provided if the company has not been contacted for more than two weeks.
  8. Refund eligibility is void once a client has accepted multiple sets of revisions for any service.
  9. Refunds cannot be claimed if the website has already been designed, developed, and deployed live.
  10. Refunds are not applicable if you have already requested and received revisions.

 

Additional Criteria

  • No Communication for 30 Days:

In case of No Communication for a period of 30 days, your Project will be deactivated however, if you wish to reactivate your Project, a fee of 10% – 20% of the total Project cost may apply depending on your project’s status.

  • Custom Packages

For Custom packages that include multiple services, the refund policy shall be applicable as per individual service. For example; if you order logo and web design services and approve the logo, you can claim a refund for the website service only during the initial design stage.

 

Refund Claim Procedure

To claim a refund, please follow these steps & contact us via one of the following methods:

Our first effort will be to resolve your concerns through our revision policy on priority. If unresolved, we will email you a refund request approval from to process your claim.

After processing the refund, any existing Work related to your Project, including but not limited to

  • Logo (Design, Color, Theme)
  • Website( Image, Content, Layout)

Unless Copyright owned, shall be considered as “Intellectual Property” of 360 Digital Bay. Any further use shall be considered illegal. Permission to use any version of the content or work product (direct or indirect) shall not be granted.

Working in collaboration with Government Copyright Agencies, we may share Copyright Acquisition Information for the refunded designs, restricting their re-use as original designs in the future.
